About Me

Hello!
My name is Dr. Emeka, DPT. Over the course of my four years as a physical therapist, I have consistently observed a common challenge: patients often achieve significant progress during therapy but struggle to maintain these gains independently. This is not due to a lack of effort, but rather the absence of guidance on sustaining consistency beyond the recovery phase.
Recognizing this gap, I expanded my approach to include habit formation and mindset coaching alongside physical rehabilitation. This shift has yielded markedly improved outcomes, with clients maintaining their progress, remaining active, and confidently managing their wellness.
This experience led to the development of The Wellness Pact, a structured 3 months coaching program designed to bridge the transition from recovery to enduring health and wellness.
My objective is clear: to assist you in sustaining your progress, maintaining consistency in your health practices, and cultivating wellness as a sustainable lifelong endeavor.

Assessment
Personal Evaluation
During the discovery call, we’ll assess your current habits and wellness areas to understand your processes, systems, and goals. From this insight, we’ll create a personalized plan tailored to your needs and objectives within the program.
Coaching Sessions
Weekly virtual sessions focus on strategizing based on your current habits and addressing challenges collaboratively. These sessions ensure accountability, maintain focus, and provide real-time support and adjustments to optimize your progress.
Progress Tracking
Track Your Success
Stay on track through the Everfit app, where you’ll log habits, track goals, and see your consistency grow each week. This helps with creating direct feedback to celebrate your wins and keep on track.
The Wellness Journal
Self relfection
A guided reflection journal designed to help you reconnect with your “why” and create long-term alignment with your health goals. This helps with internal feedback and a space for your mental clarity.
